Description

There have been a record number of nationwide injunctions issued by federal district court judges, mostly Democrat appointees, against the Trump administration, frustrating many of President Trump’s policy initiatives. The parties filing these lawsuits seem to be engaging in “forum shopping,” seeking out judges who are likely to rule in their favor.

Are nationwide injunctions appropriate or a dangerous abuse of judicial authority? And if these judges are acting improperly, what can or should be done about it?
